Love Lake Dubai

In the heart of the desert, near The Last Exit Al Qudra Road, lies The Love Lake, a stunning lake designed in the shape of two interconnected hearts. 

Opened in November 2018, it’s another impressive example of the UAE’s creative artificial nature projects, and it’s beautifully executed.

The lake is surrounded by scenic walkways, allowing visitors to stroll across and around the water while taking in the peaceful desert environment. 

The area is adorned with artistic landscaping and nature-inspired installations—most prominently heart-shaped designs, but also wooden sculptures, swings, and birdhouses—making it a perfect spot for photography.

Visiting at sunset is especially magical, as the warm light casts a golden glow over the water and desert, enhancing the romantic and tranquil atmosphere. 

Since there are no restaurants on-site, we brought our own picnic, which added to the relaxed, intimate experience. 

It’s an ideal destination for couples  families looking for a relaxed outdoor outing, or anyone who simply wants to unwind and reconnect with nature and wide-open desert surroundings.
