Most people know Dubai for its impressive architecture, towering skyscrapers, and luxurious hotels and resorts. But there is so much more to discover—especially during the winter season, from mid-October to mid-April, when the weather is perfect for outdoor adventures. Within just an hour’s drive from the city, you can find a completely different landscape: rugged rocky mountains, beautiful wadis, mangroves, wetlands, vast red dunes, and even surprising wildlife. It’s amazing how quickly the scenery changes once you leave the city behind. We simply love getting out and exploring all these places.
